Guitar
Lessons
(Ages 5-8)
For our youngest students, aged 5-8, we focus on the fundamentals of playing the guitar. They learn how to press the strings correctly, pluck them, and read guitar TABs. At Fretster, we don’t start with traditional notes; instead, we focus on communication—understanding the language of music. Just as a child learns to speak before writing, we believe music should be approached the same way.
(Ages 9-11)
At this age, children begin to develop their musical tastes. Our lessons cover the basics of four core skills: solfège, rhythm, motor skills, and theory. They learn to play their first chords and work on songs they love with their instructors.
